Sales Operations Executive

Job Description • Support preparation of proposals, quotations, pitch deck, eDM and other sales materials. • Follow up on sales leads, proposals, client requirements and update client database and campaign trackers. • Coordinate confirmed advertising campaigns and liaise with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time. • Assist with proof-of-play, basic campaign reports and post-campaign requirements. • Leverage on demand generation and outreach tools to support lead generation and knowledge sharing to prospects. • Use AI tools to support sales ideas, presentations, research and simple creative work. • Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and other related operational tasks. Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent. • Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales support, sales operations, advertising or a similar role. • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. • Comfortable using digital tools, AI tools and experimenting with new systems. • Knowledge of Canva or similar tools is an advantage. • Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Strong follow-up skills with a responsible and proactive attitude. • Good spoken and written English.
