📢 Learning Support Executive x1 💰 Salary: $2,760/month 📅 Contract Duration: 6 months 🗓️ Contract Period: November 2026 – May 2027 ⏰ Working Hours: 42 hours per week 📆 Working Days: Monday to Friday 🎓 Job Requirements • Experience in learning support, content management or a related role is preferred. • Good attention to detail and quality assurance skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines. • Comfortable working with digital learning platforms and content management systems. 📋 Job Responsibilities • Support the migration of learning programmes and content onto the learning platform. • Conduct quality assurance and testing of learning content to ensure accuracy and functionality before publication. • Assist with troubleshooting learning platform and content-related issues, working with the technical team where required. • Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely support. • Support the planning and logistics of learning enablement workshops. • Assist in facilitating and delivering learning enablement workshops. • Perform other day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) duties as assigned.
