Architectural Coordinator

ARCHITECTECTURAL COORDINATOR (Building Construction/Project) Responsibilities : • To assist PM/PE to plan & execute structural & architectural works • Lead in site coordination with all trades • To liaise with RTO for inspection • Prepare; submission of shop drawings/Materials/MOS • To check shop drawings submitted by Sub-contractors • To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings • Liaise with sub contractors, suppliers etc • Procurement and monitoring of Architectural related materials • To carry out inspection/trade demo/material testing/mock-up • To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Achi) • Attend subcon meetings • Contract administration and other site operational & project management matters • Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior Requirements : • Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture or equivalent • Relevant years of experience in building/construction trade • Graduate w/o experience are welcome
