ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor delivering major LTA and Civil Infrastructure projects in Singapore and are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The role will manage key commercial and contractual activities across large-scale infrastructure works, from procurement and cost control through to final accounts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage project costs, budgets and commercial performance. • Handle tendering, procurement and subcontract packages. • Manage progress claims, variations and subcontractor payments. • Monitor cost forecasts, contractual matters and project risks. • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams. • Manage final accounts and commercial project close-out. REQUIREMENTS: • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline. • Strong QS experience in LTA / Civil Infrastructure projects. • Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous. • Good knowledge of contracts, claims, variations and cost management. • Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
