SALES EXECUTIVE

What do we do? We provide building materials products such as top quality of stone and tile materials for all building and construction needs. Roles and Responsibilities: • Attending to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service with knowledge of product. • Create sales invoices, arrange delivery orders and take in payments from customers. • Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and after-service matters, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions. • Follow up on due payments from customers. • Manage display items as directed by manager. • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Preferred • Prior experience in industry is an advantage. • Strong motivation in sales, shows good competency in communication and handling customers' matters. • Good team-player, has a pleasant personality and willingness to learn more on the job. • Basic computer literacy skills. • Able to work six days a week on rotation, including public holidays. • Must have English proficiency as our systems and documents are in English.
