Provide day-to-day operational support across various HR functions including but not limited to onboarding & offboarding. The role will work closely with HRBPs in supporting divisions/business units to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management and HR service delivery.
The incumbent will also be responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll processing, payroll related reporting, statutory requirements and maintaining accurate and timely payroll records.
HR Operations:
• Provide support for smooth running of day-to-day HR operations.
• Improve the quality of HR transaction processing, by tracking & monitoring workflows.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding, employment contract preparations and HR letters.
• Provide first-level HR guidance and support to employees and internal stakeholders on HR policies and processes.
• Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, attending to HR related enquiries) to the HR team to ensure smooth operations within the team and inter-department.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, issuances and cancellations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems.
• Participate and support a diverse variety of HR projects or initiatives e.g.: system testing and UAT.
• Any other job-related tasks as assigned.
Payroll Management:
• Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately within stipulated timelines.
• Ensure payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, allowances, overtime, incentives, deductions, and final payments are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Administer monthly payroll related activities, including attendance, leave management, claims administration, statutory submission and tax related matters.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and any related report in accordance with department’s requirement.
• Calculate and process final payments for resigned/terminated employees, including salary, overtime, leave and other applicable payments.
• Handle IR21 tax clearance submissions for foreign employees.
• Investigate and resolve payroll queries raised by employees or HR team.
• Support payroll audits and ensure strong governance and internal controls are maintained.
Education & Experience
• Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on experience in payroll processing.
• Good understanding of Singapore payroll practices and statutory requirements.
• Knowledge in Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF scheme and tax regulations.
• Strong numerical aptitude, with the ability to work confidently with large volumes of data and figures.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities within tight timelines.
• Experience with SAP ECP / BIPO Payroll will be an added advantage.
