You will coordinate day-to-day client business requirements to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational needs, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous process improvements that support business growth. • Coordinate all aspects of client business requirements daily to deliver consistent and high service levels • Respond accurately and timely to client enquiries regarding order status, quotations, and shipping information • Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability • Proactively follow up to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client operational requirements and manage expectations effectively • Prepare and deliver business reports to management and clients on a weekly and monthly basis Requirements • Minimum Diploma or equivalent • At least 3 years of experience in client account service and order management • Able to manage time effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships across functions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good negotiation skills to support client interactions and issue resolution • Proficient verbal and written communication skills for clear client and team engagement • High accuracy and attention to detail when working with large data sets.
