Methods Analyst/Program Specialist (Manufacturing Engineer)

Job Description • Manufacturing process development and implementation • Design for Manufacturability (DFM) andprototype-to-production transition • Manufacturing routing, process planning, and work centerdevelopment • Develops preliminary cost estimates to support studies ofproduct feasibility and assists in establishing selling prices • CNC machining processes, NC programming, and productionmethods analysis • Engineering drawing and complex print interpretation • Production planning and manufacturing capacity analysis • Lean manufacturing and operational excellence practices • Cost reduction, productivity improvement, and processstandardization • Cross-functional coordination with Engineering,Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology teams Requirement : • Minimum of 4 years of experience in methods analysis and NC programming • Background education: Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering • Key Competencies : • Technical Leadership • Continuous Improvement Mindset • Decision Making and Results Orientation • Effective Communication and Collaboration
