Resident Technical Officer (Changi Airport Cut and Cover Tunnel)

Responsibilities • Assist Consultants/client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site • Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications • Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works • Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants • Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site Requirements • Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS) • Must be registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (C&S) • At least 1 year experience in the supervision of infrastructure project • Has supervised precast components • Has an eye for details and resourceful • Project location: Changi Airport • Project Working hours: Estimate 43-44 hours a week (estimate 15 days work schedule in a month, choose from: Dayshift - 12 hours, night shift - 12 hours), or rotation shift - 12 hours) Please indicate expected salary and notice period in your CV.
