Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day operational functions of our organization. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of business operations, including administrative support, process coordination, and systems management. Job Description: · Assist in coordinating and executing daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. · Maintain and update internal systems, data bases, and documentation. · Track and report on key operational metrics and performance indicators. · Support procurement, inventory control, and operation processes as needed. · Liaise with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues. · Monitor and respond to operational inquiries via email and phone. · Prepare reports and other documentation for management. · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: · ITE/ Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. · Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or office management role. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. · Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with operational systems. · Experience in operations in Manufacturing, Oil& Gas, Logistic, Store Management, Quality will be an advantage. · Fresh graduates are welcome
