How we work Recruitment at TENTEN is built around relationships, not simply activity . We want our consultants to become trusted advisers to clients and candidates, understanding their markets deeply, giving honest advice, sharing knowledge and thinking beyond an individual placement. We value people who are commercially ambitious but also understand that collaboration creates better outcomes . Our consultants work independently, but they’re not expected to work in isolation. Some successful senior recruiters are natural new-business developers . Others are particularly strong at expanding complex client accounts and building long-term relationships . Both can create significant value at TENTEN. This reflects our progression framework at PC and AD level, where we place real importance on market specialism, account management, client development, independence and strategic planning . Why TENTEN? We offer the freedom of a smaller specialist firm, backed by established clients, strong regional relationships and modern recruitment tools.
