Junior HR Executive

What You’ll Do • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding • Coordinate interviews and support new hire onboarding • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation • Assist with payroll and attendance-related matters • Support employee engagement and HR initiatives • Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee enquiries • Assist with offboarding and exit processes • Support HR projects and process improvements What We’re Looking For • 1–2 years of HR experience preferred • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Location: Raffles Place Working Hours: 9.30am-6pm Salary: 2.6k-3k Apply now and grow your HR career with us!
