Site Administration Manager

Key Requirements: a. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in general administrative duties. b. Diploma certificate or equivalent. c. Good general administrative skills: knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is preferred. d. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in spreadsheet management and file organization. Duties C Responsibilities: · Ensure the smooth operation of project activities, including coordination of logistics, transport arrangements, office equipment, stationery, PPE, and the management of all incoming and outgoing correspondences · Assist the CRE in matters related to human resources and staff welfare for the Personnel, including the collation and verification of timesheets. · Provide secretariat and administrative support and ensure effective coordination and proper handling of all administrative tasks. · Any other duties deemed necessary by CLIENT.
