Sr/Mechanical Humanoid Robotics Design Engineer (2D Drawings)

about the company Our client is a rapidly expanding global manufacturer of highly complex, precision robotics devices about the job • Own the mechanical design, analysis, and validation of complex electromechanical and kinematic systems (including joints, actuators, enclosures, and structural members). • Develop detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D production drawings across plastics, metals, and composites using SolidWorks. • Set up and run hands-on test rigs (load testing, fatigue, thermal soak, kinematics); collect data to analyze failure modes and drive design iterations. • Execute DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews with contract manufacturers; resolve assembly issues using custom jigs and fixtures. • Create and maintain strict production drawings, BOMs, build guides, and Design History Files in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. skills & experience required • Msc / Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Robotics Engineering • 3 years’ experience in design and development of electro-mechanical / robotics system • Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks.
