Sales Manager [CCP for Retail Professionals & Associates]

Job Description • Manage and develop retail and business sales activities to achieve company sales targets. • Attend to customer enquiries, understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical products and accessories. • Build and maintain good relationships with retail customers, contractors, businesses and B2B clients. • Manage customer enquiries, quotations, sales follow-ups and customer records. • Develop customer follow-up strategies to improve customer retention, repeat sales and new business opportunities. • Monitor sales performance, customer trends, product demand and sales opportunities. • Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management. • Guide and support sales staff in customer service, product recommendation, sales follow-up and customer engagement. • Manage customer communications through retail walk-ins, telephone, WhatsApp, email and online platforms. • Ensure consistent product information, pricing, quotations and customer service across different sales channels. • Use digital and AI tools such as ChatGPT to support customer communication, product descriptions, sales materials and business reporting. Job Requirements • Good communication, customer service and relationship management skills. • Able to manage customer enquiries, quotations and sales follow-up independently. • Good analytical and organisational skills with the ability to monitor sales performance and identify business opportunities. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, digital communication platforms and CRM or sales tracking systems. • Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently as well as within a team.
