Senior Shipping Executive (Export operation)

Job Responsibilities: • Work closely with the CEO to support new and existing customers and coordinate suitable logistics solutions. • Prepare and manage sales contracts, reports, and related documentation. • Handle the full spectrum of export shipping documentation and operations , ensuring all documents are accurate and properly maintained. • Coordinate vessel bookings with shipping lines, monitor ETD, and provide booking confirmations and shipment updates to customers. • Handle sample submissions, courier shipping documents, marine insurance declarations, and export marine insurance claims. • Liaise with warehouse and production teams on stuffing, shipment preparation, and operational issues. • Support direct sales matters and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment. • Maintain accurate shipment information and update relevant records in Navision . • Provide coverage for the Export Shipping team when required and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company. Job Requirements: • Relevant experience in export shipping, logistics operations within a food manufacturing company . • Hands-on experience in export documentation, shipping coordination and liaising with shipping lines.
