Customer Support Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing excellent service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a professional and attractive showroom environment. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. • Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond and other jewellery products . • Explain product features, designs, purity, weight, pricing and promotions clearly. • Achieve individual and store monthly sales targets and KPIs . • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. • Follow up with customers regarding new collections, promotions and special occasions. • Assist with billing, payment processing, product packaging and documentation. • Ensure jewellery is handled safely and according to company security procedures. • Maintain accurate stock records and support regular stock counts. • Ensure jewellery displays and showcases are clean, attractive and properly arranged. • Stay updated on current jewellery collections, promotions and market trends. • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally. • Follow all company policies, retail procedures and security requirements. • Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager. Requirements • Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion or retail sales is preferred. • Strong sales and customer service skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident in approaching and engaging customers. • Target-oriented with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products. • Professional appearance and positive attitude. • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays . • Basic computer/POS system knowledge is preferred. • Candidates with knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery will have an added advantage.
