MNC: AP Executive/Accountant + IT Automation (Python) (With internship/work exp)

THE COMPANY With their international and solid presence, this Commodities MNC is expanding. They are seeking for an AP Executive/Accountant to be part of the Finance/Accounts team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Support Accounts Payable operations • Prepare invoice and payment runs • Check and confirm payment request with different departments • Resolve payment issues and liaise with other departments • Understand the current Accounting processes and workflow • Automate, design and streamline AP work processes (Data entry, reconciliation, invoice matching and reporting) using Python, Excel Macros/VBA, Power Query etc. • Work closely with other relevant departments (Finance, IT teams etc) • Participate in other adhoc projects (Process improvement initiatives, systems enhancements etc.) JOB REQUIREMENTS • Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce/IT Computer Science or any other relevant education • Minimum 6 months of hands-on AP work processing and Accounting process automation/business process improvements • Must have Python and advanced Excel experience • Hands-on experience with advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Macros), SQL • Organized, meticulous, has good interpersonal and communication skills If you would like to explore this opportunity, please email your resume in Microsoft Word format to marie@resolutehunter.com We thank you for your interest and will contact shortlisted candidates for more detailed discussion.
