Formwork Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities: • To manage building construction formwork team at construction site, inspecting on-going formwork works and overseeing formwork activities carried out on construction sites. • Keep track of project formwork progress to ensure works are carried out according to safe work practice and following local industry guidelines. • Experience and familiar with local construction practice and requirements for HDB, factory, condominium, etc. • Prepare, review and monitor formwork activities works schedule based on the project master program and regularly provide updates through coordination meetings. • Other ad-hoc task with related to projects. Requirements: • Possess at least 5 years of local working experience as Formwork Supervisor and are experience in supervising construction projects. • Possess relevant qualification local vocational supervisor level certificate. • Ability to understand construction drawing, schematics, and construction documents. • Strong oral and written communication skills, able to communicate with main contractor, sub-contractor and workers.
