Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Power & Industrial Manufacturing • Position Title: Accounts Executive (Full Set) • Working Location: Ang Mo Kio • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Thursday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM; Friday 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM) • Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus • Duration: Permanent Role • Key Responsibilities • Manage full-set accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closing. • Prepare and submit GST reports and maintain monthly financial data. • Verify and process freight charges and invoices from freight forwarders. • Update and maintain monthly financial reports for management review. • Oversee labour management, including payroll administration, employee records, and compliance with labour laws. • Manage company general affairs and office administration to ensure smooth daily operations. • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking airfares and itineraries for engineers and directors. • Perform other related duties as assigned. • APPLY NOW!!! • At least 2 years of accounting or audit experience, including full-set accounts. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office. • SAP Business One experience is an advantage. • Good analytical skills and attention to detail. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently and manage deadlines. • Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: • Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; • Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
