Deputy Contracts Manager (LTA Project)

Scope of Work • Prepare monthly progress claims and liaise with consultants on payment certification, while forecasting monthly cash flow, tracking budget projections, and maintaining cost control monitoring records. • Assess and prepare Variation Orders and Loss & Expense claims, engage with clients and consultants to resolve VO discrepancies, and support the finalisation of the Main Contract's final account. • Carry out quantity measurement and takeoff, and prepare Bills of Quantities across project stages including tender, construction, procurement, variations, and payment verification. • Review and compare drawings against contract documents to identify discrepancies and support claims preparation. • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
