Supervisor Occupation CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR/ FOREMAN Job Description & Requirements • Job Responsibilities • Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner. • Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits. • Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Assesses safety and finance goals. • Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews. • Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures. • Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope. • Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases. • Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes. • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures. • Need to work and support if necessary Job Requirements: • Knowledge and Experience in Construction work site Carpenter Formwork, Rebar • With atleast one year experience in Residential/ Industrial/ Commercial and/or Institutional projects. • Able to stand and handle packing tasks for several hours • Physically fit and hardworking
