BIM Modeler (MEP)

• Develop and maintain BIM models for Electrical and Fire Protection systems using Autodesk Revit. • Produce coordinated 3D models, shop drawings, and installation drawings. • Prepare detailed layouts for lighting systems, power distribution, small power systems, cable trays and conduits, earthing and lightning protection systems, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and fire protection piping. • Coordinate with mechanical, structural, architectural, and other MEP disciplines. • Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues. • Update BIM models based on design revisions and site feedback. • Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client standards, and applicable codes. • Assist engineers in preparing quantity take-offs and construction documentation. • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project delivery. • Maintain organized BIM libraries, families, and project documentation. • Support as-built model updates and project handover documentation.
