What You’ll Do • Support daily finance operations, including processing payments, staff claims, and petty cash. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation. • Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and preparation of reports. • Contribute to month-end closing, journal postings, and financial schedules. • Provide ad-hoc administrative and finance support as needed. What We’re Looking For • Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or professional qualification). • Around 1 year of relevant experience preferred (but motivated fresh grads are welcome too). • Solid Excel skills; knowledge of accounting software is a bonus. • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a team player. • Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders What’s In It for You On-the-job guidance and opportunities to expand your skills.
