6723 - Building Maintenance Technician

• Salary: $2,400 - $3,100 • Working days & hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm) (Alternate Sat, 9am – 1pm) • Location: Nearest MRT: Queenstown / Redhill Job Description: • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building facilities, including electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, compressed air systems, and chilled-water systems. • Liaise and coordinate with contractors for scheduled servicing, maintenance works, and emergency repairs to ensure smooth daily operations of the facility. • Supervise contractors and vendors during renovation and upgrading projects to ensure timely completion and a seamless transition to newly renovated areas. • Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of equipment rooms, including AHU (Air Handling Unit) and electrical switch rooms. • Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation works carried out by external vendors and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions. • Carry out hands-on maintenance and repair works involving electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and general building systems. • Troubleshoot and rectify basic faults related to telephone lines and communication systems.
