About the job Your role involves: • Lead end-to-end data science lifecycles, from defining the initial problem scope through to model implementation and evaluation. • Engineer and optimize advanced machine learning models to solve intricate business challenges. • Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code utilizing Python. • Oversee comprehensive data preparation, including deep data wrangling, feature engineering, and transformation of imperfect datasets. • Translate and present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders to influence key business decisions. • Provide technical mentorship to junior data scientists and actively evaluate emerging research to improve internal methodologies. Skills and experience required As a successful applicant, you will have proven experience in statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, and applied machine learning. High proficiency in Python programming and relevant machine learning frameworks.
