Construction Report Administrator

GEOLUTIONS is an independent geotechnical instrumentation specialist, executing specialized geotechnical contractor services for projects under the LTA, HDB, and private sectors. Our primary areas of expertise include foundation testing, instrumentation and monitoring, and site investigation activities What you will do • Organize and archive site data and project documentation on the company server. • Assist the engineering team in compiling and formatting technical and project reports. • Assist in compiling method statements and submission documents. • Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO/IEC 17025 records, including document control, revision history and calibration records. • Provide general administrative support to the team. What we are looking for • Diploma or equivalent. Relevant administrative experience will be considered in place of formal qualifications. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. • Able to communicate clearly in English with engineers, contractors and clients. • Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with AutoCAD or document control is an advantage. • No background in construction or testing required. Training will be provided.
