Sales Executive (Security & Facilities Management Services)

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 + Commission / Sales Incentives Job Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities for Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management services. • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, and contract award. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, managing agents, property managers, and business owners. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts and assist with tender submissions. • Coordinate with Operations and HR teams on service implementation and manpower requirements. • Follow up on enquiries, contract renewals, and outstanding payments. • Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales records. Job Requirements • Relevant sales experience is preferred. • Experience in Security, Facilities Management, Cleaning, Property Management, or Manpower Outsourcing will be an advantage. • Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Experience working with MCSTs, managing agents, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, or corporate clients will be an advantage.
