Engineer

Responsibilities • To manage facility operations by implementing quality standards and procedure for preventive and corrective maintenance works • To lead facility team comprising technical officers, supervisors, technicians, and service providers • To provide advisory and troubleshooting for technical difficulties and recommend corrective actions to take • To analyse maintenance data and manage performance of service providers in their service delivery • To advise on maintenance and repair scope of works to client where necessary • To work with safety officer to review compliance on regulatory and organisational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices Requirements • Degree in Mechanical Engineering • He / She should possess strong technical knowledge in building and M&E maintenance and is capable of leading the facilities team to meet client’s expectations and service levels.
