Senior Operations Executive (Chartering/ Field Oil)

Job Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate physical oil and commodity trades, including inventory management, cargo discharge and related trade execution activities. • Ensure accurate and timely capture of trade and deal information in the relevant trading systems and books. • Prepare and review sales and purchase contracts, including coordination of contract documentation with counterparties. • Liaise with suppliers, terminals and other stakeholders on vessel clearance, loading schedules and cargo arrangements. • Coordinate with surveyors and load port agents on cargo readiness, loading operations and vessel movements. • Monitor and manage demurrage claims, secondary costs and related payments, ensuring timely review and settlement. • Prepare and manage cargo insurance declarations and related documentation. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date trade, shipping and operational records. • Monitor the progress of physical cargo movements and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of trades. Job Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Shipping, Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil trading, oil chartering or related commodity trading environments. • Strong understanding of physical oil trading, cargo operations, vessel movements, shipping documentation and trade execution processes. • Experience in handling demurrage claims, cargo documentation, vessel clearance and cargo insurance will be advantageous. • Familiarity with ETRM, trading or commodity management systems. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent communication skills HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please click on “ Apply Now ”.
