Funtional Safety Engineer

Job Responsibilities • Perform full-cycle functional safety work including requirements, design and evaluation, based on intelligent driving system specifications and industrial safety standards. • Implement functional safety analysis for automotive-grade products and robotics applications, including FTA, DFA, FMEA, FMEDA, etc. • Be responsible for the implementation and improvement of functional safety mechanisms. • Manage functional safety-related certification processes and assist third-party agencies in completing product certification. • Liaise with customers on functional safety requirements. Job Requirements • Master’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation Control, Integrated Circuits or related majors. • Familiar with embedded hardware and software system development; knowledgeable in functional safety standards such as ISO 26262 or IEC 61508 and product development processes; proficient in applying common safety mechanisms in functional safety design; with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. • Skilled in various functional safety analysis methods, including FTA, DFA, FMEA, FMEDA, etc. • English as a working language. • Highly self-motivated and curious with strong learning, communication and coordination abilities; responsible, detail-oriented and rigorous; with good teamwork spirit and strong interest in the automotive industry and functional safety.
