Senior Electrical Project Engineer

Responsibilities: • Preparation of project documents including BQ. • Handling Design & Build projects. • Prepare optimised design solutions for projects. • Prepare Design drawings (Single Line Drawings & layout). • Prepare design calculations incl voltage drop, short circuit current etc. • Support multiple M&E projects concurrently. • Lead project meetings and work with team members to achieve the deliverables on-time. • Ensure drawings & documents are well maintained & stored in a timely manner. • Other adhoc duties as assigned. Requirements: • Minimum 3 yrs of relevant hands-opn M&E experience in construction industry, LTA projects, mixed development etc. • Need to be familiar with Singapore codes such as SS638(CP5), SS650, SS555 etc. • Hands-on experience in AutoCAD drawings is preferred. • Familiarity in BIM (Revit/Navisworks) is advantageous. • Having consultancy experience is preferred/advantageous. • Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous. • Good communication skills. • Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner. • At least 2 to 3 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Required Language(s) : English.
