Junior Post-Production Executive

As an Editor cum Videographer at AMshots, you will spend most of your time editing in-house, turning raw footage into polished videos for our clients. From time to time, you will also head out on shoots as a videographer. You will work on automotive shoots, brand commercials, event coverage, and short-form social media content. Key responsibilities include: • Editing videos from rough cut to final delivery, including colour grading, sound mixing, motion graphics and subtitles • Cutting short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) optimised for each platform • Working with producers and clients to understand briefs and creative direction • Making revisions based on client and internal feedback within agreed timelines • Managing and organising raw footage, project files and archives • Exporting and delivering final files in the correct formats and specs • Operating camera, lighting and audio equipment on shoots when required • Supporting on-site production, including gear setup and capturing B-roll • Keeping up with editing styles and short-form video trends to bring fresh ideas to each project • Traveling to client locations (studio and external shoots) when needed Requirements • Prior experience in video editing (freelance or portfolio work accepted) • Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar • Familiarity with After Effects, CapCut or other motion graphics tools is a plus • Basic to intermediate camera skills, including gimbals, lighting and audio gear • Strong eye for pacing, storytelling, composition and detail • Good sense of current short-form content trends on Instagram and TikTok • Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Able to work independently and take feedback well • Portfolio or showreel of editing work required What We Offer • Hands-on experience across diverse industries (automotive, F&B, lifestyle, corporate) • Work on both short-form social content and high-production commercial projects • A creative, fast-paced team environment • Room to grow within an expanding media agency
