PERSONAL DRIVER

Responsibility: To provide safe, reliable and professional chauffeur services to senior management and distinguished guests, while ensuring timely transportation and efficient route planning. The role also supports document and parcel deliveries, basic errands, vehicle upkeep and ad-hoc driving requests. Primary Job Function: • Executive Transport: Provide safe, reliable, and professional chauffeur services to the Managing Director and Director, including transportation between home, office, meetings, and other appointments. • Logistics & Errands: Handle the secure collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and basic administrative errands as assigned. • Route Planning: Plan efficient routes and actively monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrival at all destinations. • Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle in a clean, presentable, and well-kept condition at all times. Conduct basic vehicle checks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs when necessary. • Flexibility & Responsiveness: Accommodate schedule changes and respond promptly to urgent or ad-hoc transportation requests. • Discretion & Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of privacy, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling personal and work-related matters. • Management Support: Report directly to management and assist with occasional administrative or driving-related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Experience: At least of 2 to 5 years (or relevant corporate experience) of professional driving or executive chauffeuring experience within Singapore. • Licensing: Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record free of major traffic violations. • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, navigation tools, and traffic apps, prioritizing safety, comfort, and safe driving practices. • Soft Skills: Professional demeanor, strong verbal skills, and a high degree of reliability and punctuality.
