Dental Assistant Cum Receptionist

Job Summary You will support dental procedures by assisting dental professionals, maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment, and communicating effectively with patients and team members to ensure smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities • Assist dental professionals during procedures to deliver efficient and safe patient care • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment to uphold hygiene standards • Manage patient appointments and records accurately to support clinic workflow • Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures and provide comfort • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with data entry • Assist in billing and payment collection to ensure timely transactions • Maintain clinic inventory by performing stock checks and replenishing supplies • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic to comply with health regulations • Adapt to occasional overtime work when clinic operations extend beyond scheduled hours • Support marketing or community outreach events such as distributing flyers and conducting dental talks • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to enhance skills and team collaboration • Perform any other duties assigned by the clinic manager or dentist Preferred competencies and qualifications • Minimum 1 year of experience in dental assisting or related support roles • Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not essential • Proficient in English communication; ability to speak Chinese is preferred due to operational needs Other Information Benefits: • 10 Days Annual Leave • $50.00 Good Attendance Per Month (No MC, Unpaid Leave or Annual Leave) • $100.00 to $300.00 For Attaining KPI Per Month • Up To 50% For Dental Treatment depending on procedures Work Days and Hours: • Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10am to 7pm • Wednesday and Thursday, 10am to 8pm • Saturday, 10am to 5pm • Sunday and Public Holidays Off • One Week Day Afternoon Half Day Off Location: • Upper Boon Keng Road (4 minutes’ walk from Kallang MRT Station) Salary: • $2,200.00 to $3,500.00 depending on work experience • WhatsApp: 93380965
