FOOD SALES MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements Job Summary • You will coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations, supervise departmental activities, and ensure accurate handling, storage, and quality control of food products to support smooth delivery and inventory management. • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to plan and execute daily operational activities • Assign and communicate daily schedules for local logistics to ensure timely deliveries • Review daily sales and warehouse progress to monitor operational performance • Supervise all departmental activities to maintain workflow efficiency • Manage capacity for internal and external customers to optimize resource use • Oversee receipt of deliveries and verify accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming shipments • Ensure proper sorting of food items by type to maintain product organization • Plan and arrange cleaning and maintenance of appropriate storage areas to uphold hygiene standards • Prepare and handle day-to-day delivery and receiving documents accurately • Preferred competencies and qualifications • Knowledge of the food industry to support quality and operational standards • Flexibility to work any shifts, including split shifts and rotational weekly offs
