Sales Support Admin - FMCG - 3972

Sales Admin Working Days: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm Working Location: Woodlands Link [Nearest: Admiralty MRT] Responsibilities: • Order Processing: Enter new orders, prepare quotations, and generate invoices. • Customer Support: Answer sales phone calls, reply to emails, and resolve client complaints or questions. • Data Management: Maintain and update customer information, pricing lists, and inventory levels in CRM or ERP systems. • Sales Reporting: Compile daily, weekly, or monthly sales numbers for managers. • Team Coordination: Coordinate with the shipping, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure timely deliveries.
