Client Management Intern

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable with follow-ups and is interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales and client management. What You'll Be Doing • Manage customer enquiries and follow up with prospective and existing customers • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or programmes • Assist with sales activities, including lead conversion, upselling and cross-selling • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout their journey • Keep customer records and follow-up information updated • Support other client management and sales initiatives as required What You'll Gain • Hands-on experience in sales and client management • Exposure to the full customer journey, from enquiry to conversion and after-sales support • Experience communicating directly with customers and understanding their needs • Opportunity to develop your communication, negotiation and relationship management skills Who We’re Looking For • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Positive, proactive and willing to learn • Interested in sales, customer service or client management • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
