We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern / HR Assistant to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations and employee records management.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical HR experience and develop a foundation in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals.
• Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support career fairs and campus outreach activities.
Onboarding & Employee Administration
• Prepare onboarding documents and welcome materials for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Assist with the preparation of employment-related letters and documents.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records.
Employee Engagement
• Support the execution of employee engagement activities and events.
• Gather feedback and provide administrative support for engagement initiatives.
HR Operations & Projects
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities.
• Assist in HR data entry, reporting and documentation.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Management (Human Resources specialization), Business Administration.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Previous internship experience in HR is advantageous.
