Sales & People Development Associate [No Entry Level]

Four months ago, I made a career switch that completely changed the direction of my life. I stepped into an industry I had no prior experience in, not knowing exactly what to expect. Looking back, I’ve realised that some of the biggest growth happens when you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone. Along the way, I’ve met people from different walks of life, built meaningful relationships, developed teams, and learned from the people around me. What started as a career switch became so much more — an opportunity to challenge myself, discover my strengths, and see what I’m truly capable of. Now, I’m looking for someone who believes that great businesses start with great people. If you enjoy connecting with others, recognising potential, and helping people take their next step, this could be an opportunity worth exploring. As part of our HR & Talent Acquisition team, you’ll: 🤝 Connect with candidates and understand their goals and aspirations 📞 Conduct interviews and identify individuals with strong potential 🌱 Support new team members through their onboarding journey 📈 Work alongside leaders to build and develop strong teams 💡 Bring fresh ideas to improve our recruitment strategies and candidate experience We’re looking for someone who is: ✨ People-oriented and genuinely enjoys connecting with others ✨ Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative ✨ Curious, coachable, and always willing to learn ✨ Passionate about helping people discover new opportunities ✨ Interested in building long-term personal and professional growth Experience isn’t everything. What matters more is your attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in people. If this resonates with you, I’d be happy to connect.
