Service Engineer (ACMV / CRAC / WDS / Mechanical Engineering)

• Well Established Company • Basic $3700 - $5000 + Allowance + Variable Bonus • Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression • Working location: East / On-site • Working hours : Normal working hours Job Responsibilities: Technical Service & Maintenance: • Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems. • Diagnose hardware/software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. • Conduct equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls). Client Support & Training: • Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM). • Maintain strong client relationships, particularly with site engineers. • Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines. Documentation & Reporting: • Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call. • Submit weekly/monthly reports on work activities, progress, and remedial actions. • Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and tracking of all service records. Site & Contractor Management: • Monitor and manage contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety/operational procedures. • Review site "Events and Actions," implementing corrective measures as needed. • Plan, execute, and update daily work schedules.
