Sales Manager (Automotive)

• Lead the daily sales activities of an assigned showroom, overseeing customer engagement, sales performance and overall floor operations. • Guide and develop a team of Sales Consultants through coaching, performance reviews, training and on-the-job support. • Review customer leads and sales activities to strengthen follow-up practices, improve conversion and achieve monthly sales objectives. • Ensure consistent showroom standards across customer service, lead management, test-drive coordination, attendance and daily operations. • Partner with the General Manager, Sales and internal teams on sales campaigns, lead generation and initiatives to improve showroom performance. Requirements: • Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline. • At least 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry and prior team leadership or supervisory exposure. • Strong understanding of showroom sales operations, customer engagement and sales conversion. • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop a sales team while driving sales targets.
