Video Production Lead

Tropic Media is hiring a Video Production Lead to oversee our productions. We're a social-first content studio behind Tropic Monsters TV, Tropic TitBit, Tropic Street, and J Tropic. Full-Time | 2 Years Experience Responsibilities: • Manage productions end-to-end • Plan shots & production requirements per shoot • Handle camera & lighting equipment • Scout locations & manage shoot logistics • Manage shoot day timeline • Lead crew on-site • Coordinate with post-production • Post-shoot wrap (equipment return, footage handover) Requirements: • Strong knowledge of camera, lighting & production workflow • Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple moving parts • Confident leading a crew on shoot day • Resourceful problem-solver on set • Strong communication skills Send your portfolio to hello@tropicmonsters.com Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: In person
