BIM Modeller/ Manager

Responsibility: • Build up company’s overall BIM capabilities • Prepare, maintain and update of BIM execution plan and models • Manage process of exchange and coordination of 3D model with consultants and client • Manage BIM/ Revit setup, family, standards and protocol • Manage technological collaboration between project team members • Develop, discover, collect, share and manage processes, best practices and techniques of BIM/ REVIT/ other BIM tools • Oversee Quality and Standards of BIM in the company Requirements: • Diploma in Architecture and above • min 3 years relevant experience in well-established architectural firms preferably • Exposure in development projects (commercial, hotel, office, residential) • Good Leadership, organization and communication skills • Well-versed in MS Office, the latest version of AutoCAD and Revit • Have strong proficiency in drafting software and have sufficient experience in submissions to various authorities • Familiar with local drafting standard and authority submission requirement • Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience in high density housing and/or public housing • Preferably Singaporean/ Singapore PR
