Tender Quantity Surveyor

• Analysis Quotation comparison and Preparation tender submission • Ensures effective cost control of projects and that all purchases are within budgets • Taking off and check measurement • Preparation of tender submissions as required • Updating repository for historical data after tender submission • Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers • Monitor, Reporting and Control Budget • Provides effective support to Project Team and establishing good working relationship with Project Managers, Clients, contractors and sub-contractors • Performs other duties as assigned.
