Operations Manager

• Oversee the daily operations of the beauty and aesthetics business. • Manage staff scheduling, performance and service standards. • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience. • Monitor sales performance, operating costs and business targets. • Manage customer relations and handle service-related matters. • Coordinate staff training and ensure compliance with company procedures. • Support management in business development, marketing activities and expansion plans. • Work closely with the management team on manpower planning and operational strategy.
