Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities • Represent the company professionally and deliver a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business. • Identify new sales opportunities, potential leads, and upselling opportunities. • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance expectations. • Engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups. • Recommend suitable products and services based on customers’ requirements. • Develop strong product knowledge to confidently answer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions. • Participate in training and actively identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operations. • Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team to achieve business objectives. Preferred Skills & Qualifications • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the food or F&B industry. • Familiarity with sales-related software and Microsoft Office applications. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Good time-management and organizational skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
