Clinic Assistant

We are a growing GP and Aesthetics clinic located at Thomson Plaza . As a combined medical facility, we are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Clinic Assistant to join our expanding team. This role offers an unique opportunity to work at in a primary care and aesthetic medicine setting Key Responsibilities • Aesthetic & Clinical Support: * Prepare treatment rooms for aesthetic procedures (e.g., lasers, injectables) and health screenings. * Directly assist the doctor during clinical and aesthetic procedures, ensuring patient comfort. * Explain post-treatment care and maintenance to aesthetic patients. • Patient Experience & Front-of-House: * Perform patient registration and manage appointment scheduling. * Provide an approachable service to all visitors, reflecting our aesthetic brand • Pharmacy & Inventory: * Dispense medications accurately and manage skincare product inventory. • Financial & Administrative Operations: * Manage billing, handle payments, and coordinate CHAS/Medisave claims. Job Requirements • Education: Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification. • Experience: Experience in healthcare or customer service (e.g., beauty, hospitality) is highly preferred. • Passion for Wellness: A keen interest in skincare, beauty trends, and aesthetic treatments. Professional Presence: Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle patients with empathy and discretion. Working Hours & Benefits • Location: Thomson Plaza (Upper Thomson MRT). • Schedule: Flexible working days. Saturdays are required.
