HR & GA Executive (Up to $4000 | East)

We are working with a conglomerate client and they are looking for an HR & GA Executive to support the team in HR Administration matters. Role Payroll & Employee Administration · Assist in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment · Maintain and update employee records in the HR system · Support onboarding and offboarding processes · Administer leave applications and support leave tracking · Review overseas business travel claims for accuracy and compliance · Support company committees and activities · Providing support for HR projects for continuous improvement initiative Expatriate Support · Assist in expatriate housing matters, including liaising with agents, tracking lease renewals, and preparing rental-related payments · Support work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations Office Administration & Procurement · Procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery · Maintain basic purchase records and assist with cost tracking Requirements · 1-3 years of experience in HR administration · Diploma in HR or Business Administration preferred · Familiarity with payroll processing and HRIS · Able to work effectively with staff of all levels and internationally within the organisation · Proficient in Microsoft Office Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, thank you.
