Since launching our first F&B brand in 2013, we've steadily expanded our business and now operate more than 20 brands across Singapore and Malaysia. Our beauty and lifestyle brands include Walking On Sunshine and KANTIK by GOYO, alongside F&B brands such as DRIM, DRIM Gold, MODU, and TOFU G. Working in beauty sales at INITIA Group goes beyond managing channels that are already up and running. You'll directly operate online commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada and retail channels, plan channel-specific pricing and promotions, and see your work translate directly into sales and real customer response. Because sales works closely alongside product planning, branding, marketing, and content teams, you'll get to experience how a product actually turns into revenue and grows — well beyond the scope of channel operations alone. You'll also gain broader market understanding and hands-on experience across both the Singapore and Malaysia markets. As a fast-growing organization, there are frequent opportunities to take on new projects — from expanding into new channels to planning promotions — and for those who take initiative, that means wider roles and real potential for growth.
